That first hole needed a piece of drywall using the California patch put in instead of a mesh patch. The hole done with a mesh patch will eventually leave an indention in the wall once the putty dries and settles.

я обычно (если отверстие от розетки), то ставлю за гипсокартон профиль (который войдет туда), прикручиваю его саморезами, после вставляю к профилю кружочек (вырез из гипсокартона под розетку, ранее вырезанные), замазываю чем есть (лучше клеем, Фюгеном; штукатуркой гипсовой) можно наклеить сеточку, потом уже финишн.шпатклевкой, если нужно. ну и перед каждым действием, желательно грунтовать.
