@neilpatel: Marketers are flocking to “spam” Reddit so they can get mentioned more by ChatGPT. One, spamming is too short-sighted, but two… don’t assume that one source will get you the results you want. Algorithms change, just as we’ve seen with SEO and Google over the years. And of course, ChatGPT evolves constantly, and they’ve decided not to rely on Reddit as much (at least for now). As time goes on, I bet they will be more selective about which sites they cite. Instead of community sites where anyone can participate in the long run, they will probably favor industry-specific sites.
