Replying to @RObin Chicken Salad Sandwich!  Ingredients: Chicken Breast - 2 Salt Pepper Italian Seasoning Onion - 1/2 Garlic - 6 cloves Bay Leaf  Worcestershire Sauce Chicken Bone Broth  Red Onion - 1/2 Celery - 3 stalks Bell Pepper - 1 Pickles - 2tbsp (diced)  Dried Cranberries - 2tbsp Lemon Juice - 1/2 Mayo - 1c+ Dijon Mustard - 2tbsp  Hot Cherry Pepper Spread - 1tsp Slap Ya Mamma Seasoning Directions: 1. Trim off any excess fat from your chicken breasts. Season both sides with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Add chicken to a pot and pour in bone broth until chicken is an inch covered. Then add in half of an onion, a few garlic cloves, a bay leaf and some Worcestershire. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15-20mins. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure chicken reaches 165 internal temp. (You always can just use a rotisserie chicken instead!) 2. While the chicken cooks prep all your other fillings. Finley dice the red onion, celery, bell pepper and pickles. Once chicken is cooked and cooled, chop it to your desired size. Add to a large bowl followed by all your fillings. I also added in some dried cranberries, a squeeze of lemon juice, mayo, Dijon mustard and some hot cherry pepper  spread. Give everything a mix and taste.  3. Bake bacon at 400 on a sheet pan until perfectly crispy.  4. I use croissants as my bread along with some provolone cheese.
