@sirhawsb: Thank you it's not terrible 🙏🙏🙏 - #tron #tronares #nineinchnails #tronlegacy #jaredleto - @Letterboxd

XtianPlaysGames :

tron himself doesnt appear tho does he?

🍁🇨🇦Dawson Hoard🇨🇦🍁 :

The hate for ares is so forced. Been a fan since legacy as a kid, and seen the original, and it’s the same tron movie as the others. Simple story and characters to keep us from getting confused during the roller coaster of visuals and music.

The Prominator :

Can we talk about disks being turned into Doritos 😭

roobert :

agree with Greta Lee, her acting wasn’t selling me

Rosie Riveter ❌WDNC :

Loved this movie!! Great review, thank you for pointing out all of the good things!! Way too much h8 out there in reviews, refreshing your wasn’t. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

208papabear :

If you haven't already, go watch it in 4DX. So much fun and helps you look past some of the script issues.

rinnityy :

This is a very well written review and I 100% agree with it

Nick :

it doesn't sound daft punk at all. it's just overdrive, bass with noises. nin was an awful choice for this movie. the entire sound track is garbage to mid at best. there's so many bands that would have been the better choice

ExtraMayonnaise69 :

Leto's performance was good, kinda reminded me of his role in Blade Runner 2049

Alisoneoz.AI :

GO WATCH TRON ARES. LET'S SUPPORT. ROOTING FOR TRON 4. LET'S GO

Peruniana :

Had very low expectations bc of the reviews, but it was an excellent film. A solid 8/10. Hated the sidekick and Dillinger was weak, but Leto did an outstanding job. Athena was strong but Greta Lee should have a stronger character

Colby cheese :

I agree with this rating. Trent Reznor is a genius. The soundtrack for this movie was awesome and Jared Leto did a great job.

OMcGeee :

😻 :

Greta Lee was so monotone the entire movie. I was so disappointed by her performance. I was really looking forward to seeing her in this movie

Hafif Origins :

Agree, I like Jared Leto performance in this Movie, and his character it really suite Ares.

sonicrequestruns :

look i’m just saying as a NiN fan, i basically got a free movie with my Album 😉

Kayla 🌻 :

i gave it an 8.5/10 but then again im very easily entertained and i will give any movie a high rating if it has a good score 😭

James :

pretty accurate review. some aspects were better than legacy but others fell short. overall a great time.

ellaequeue :

greta for me was the awkward sister. she wanted AI/ tech for games and gives the nerdy awkward sister. you can tell she was more of the behind the scenes sister

Michael_Angelo_Munster :

I knew I wasn’t trippin. There was a scene toward the end when Dillinger says something and I was like why did it look like his mouth wasn’t matching his words

The vacuum that sucks :

Truly hated how they did Sam.

galahad_xbox :

Fully agree with everything you said. I liked eves character enough, but I didn’t really feel anything for her. Also, the fact that they kept bringing up her dead sister felt like a cheap attempt of making an emotional connection to the audience but it just felt so last minute

Kali Omisha :

I loved it. I went into the theater expecting it to be it's own story and not a sequel of past movies. and I was correct in thinking that way. I'm excited to see more of the Tron universe.

Mike Bennett :

Unfortunately, like big Studio movies they will most likely scrap sequels if the public doesn’t go this down making $1 billion. Ultimately punishing true fans for their meddling. Unfortunately, I don’t think people are coming out for this, why they had to pick Jared Leto, I don’t know. He is divisive, add to that Disney-fication, and completely ignoring the last movie.

Anybody who says that Jared Leto was good in any movie is lying
