@gardening_with_ray: Hey, y’all! Here is my buckwheat cover crop before the freeze hits. Buckwheat is excellent at pulling up phosphorus from the ground and making it plant available (once it dies and decays) for your next crop. This was a temporary cover to help prevent erosion, but to also provide a quick source of flowers for pollinators. I recommend waiting til late April and early May to plant buckwheat again for a successful cover crop and all its amazing benefits! #seeds #cover #covercrops #plants #flowers
