I look back and can’t believe how much I actually accomplished in my active addiction. I was constantly needing to prove to others I was functioning, even when I wasn’t on the inside. Graduating college, getting a successful career, buying a house on my own… all while I was hiding my drinking. When I stopped drinking it was like I no longer needed to prove to others I was ok anymore, and I could finally breathe. But my mind would still race. It was the weirdest feeling.

I’m very concerned about our neighbors, things are getting dangerous. We must all stand together. I tried making a small channel to help people but it’s getting nowhere. thunderbump4 if you have advice or criticisms please share. Thanks for your posts
