Seen police use google for laws and seen doctors use google to tell you about your conditions lol no actual professionals exist in government. They just have power and abuse it constantly and then it gets ts dragged out and a judge has to sort it out and they get to keep there’s jobs (simple sack him job done) 👍

No and I’ll explain why under the consumer act a transaction is made goods for tender which means nobody can refuse legal tender but also they can refuse you goods. The contract is not legally binding unless all sides agree. If in this case the goods are consumed then the recipient has already agreed to the contract and the vendor can specify payment terms
