✨ Garlic Butter Glazed Salmon ✨ That garlic butter glaze on this salmon is next level! It is flaky, juicy, and ready in one pan. 🛒 Ingredients: - 4 salmon fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp honey or brown sugar - 1 tsp smoked paprika - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish - Lemon slices for serving 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. 3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crisp. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and honey. 5. Pour the garlic butter glaze evenly over the salmon fillets in the skillet. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is flaky and cooked through. 7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with lemon slices. 📝 Notes: Spoon the extra garlic butter sauce from the pan over the salmon before serving for maximum flavor. #SalmonRecipe #GarlicButterSalmon #HealthyDinner #SeafoodLover #EasyRecipes
