I don't think that was ripe enough. When ripe, it has a very soft, custard-like flesh that's similar to a banana texture. They're delicious 😋

It doesn't look completely ripe yet, but hard to tell in that lighting. Usually it is harvested by picking off the ground after shaking the tree. If still attached they say it isnt ripe yet.
