@philippinestar: After he went viral for allegedly vaping inside the House of Representatives on Friday, Rep. Bong Suntay clarified that he was using a breathing exercise device named "Breatheasy." In a Facebook post on Saturday, the Quezon City 4th District Representative refuted the claim of lawyer Jesus Falcis that he was vaping during the regular session. Kagawad Jesus Falcis," the statement read. #newsph #philippinestar #vaping #houseofrepresentatives
