Are they tight to zip up? If so, it’s not a flaw in the boot but sizing. Since this keeps happening, it signals that the boots may be too narrow for your calf. Zippers on riding boots are primarily designed to fasten smoothly in a straight line without excessive side tension or stress. You can get them fixed, but have them add a gusset when they do. Most cobblers can fix boots if the leather quality is there. Good luck!

you can get them replaced! look for a local cobbler, last time I did it it was like $25 per boot and the zipper was 10x better it's so worth it

Mine did this too. And company was not super great to deal with. After a fight, they did send me a replacement pair (although I honestly just wanted my money back, because I think they’re so incredibly uncomfortable).

Are you cleaning and lubricating the zippers? Supporting them from behind with your finger as you zip up? Wipe the zipper with a damp wash cloth and put a few drops of oil on weekly. (Or more). These can be easily fixed unless the teeth have been permanently bent then you need to have the zipper replaced

That’s a really easy fix. Put it all the way down. Get some pliers and push down on both sides of the zippers
