@nia.cooks1: Chocolate Lava Cake 🍫 Ingredients: 2 large eggs 2 yolks 80g caster sugar 110g unsalted butter, diced 110g dark chocolate (70% cocoa) 25g plain flour 10g cocoa powder Pinch of fine salt Method Butter and dust 4 ramekins (or metal rings) with cocoa powder. In a heatproof bowl, melt the butter and chocolate over a bain-marie or in short microwave bursts. Stir until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale and slightly thickened. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking gently to combine. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together, then fold gently into the batter until smooth. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared moulds. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centre should still look soft and slightly sunken. Let rest 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
