People forget that two things can be true at once. He is as wrong for running from the law, the law was wrong for what they did. I am curious to see if they release the cops dash cam.

absolutely not excessive. just because you don't like it doesn't make it excessive force. the law and courts have already ruled this exact same thing is 100% justified. the case is Scott v. harris.
