Most of the CMs at any moment are College Program, who are paid basically minimum wage, so they can 100% afford to pay regular full time CMs higher wages :D

Yeah I just did the calculations. Reports from Disney World two years ago says they spend $28 million a day in operating all parks. Whereas they bring in about $35-36 million a day. So that’s a 6-7 million profit a day? But of course, that doesn’t include inflation from the past two years, which is why they probably just raised prices for park tickets and annual passes once again.

disney earned 94 billion in revenue last year, but only net 5 billion… and that money still gets used for taxes, investors, and debt. so they ended up with around 1 billion total leftover for the year
