That’s a Miami thing. I was born and raised there, rudest city in the country. I remember walking my daughter in her stroller and it started pouring down rain. No car would stop to let us cross the street

Even worse when you travel intentionally and see how accommodating other countries are to family’s. We just left Taipei, Taiwan and it was the most child friendly place I’ve ever been too

It would be nice, if they were. But too. Don’t let it bother you. She’s not thinking of you at all. So, if you’re bothered that she’s not thinking of you, you’re choosing that. You’re born free under God. There is no need to connect yourself to her actions, and choose to be upset.

People are sooo mean online too. They argue tooth and nail about pregnant women being offered a seat on the bus. “They made a choice”. God, it’s about being a considerate human being!

It’s actually here in America where pregnant women and women with babies are not considered. Other countries show care to elderly and pregnant women first - even spotting a pregnant woman, asking them if they’re expecting and if it is a yes, they would go to the front of the line. It’s common sense and humility. We dont have that here.
