My contractor put LVP down in my house over concrete with no vapor barrier. He said the floor didn’t require it. I live in phoenix so not a lot of humidity but should I be concerned that there’s no moisture barrier?

Nice find, I've found mold under vapor barriers too here in FL😅 I always recommend tile over any other type of flooring other than polished concrete. Any other recommendation?

You’d be surprised how many carriers deny removal of flooring because there’s “no visible damage”. But moisture is trapped below due to a leak. They don’t realize the floor has to be removed. It’s so frustrating
