Everybody looks really shocked when I speak Spanish fluently as a white person. I lived in Mexico when I was a kid for a bit more than a year. There are a lot of Europeans in Mexico City. Presidente Claudia Sheinbaum is Ashkenazi and Sephardi Jewish by ancestry.
