EAT LIKE A MONK* *— that doesn’t mean boring! Ok, there are 101 different things I could say about eating… what’s right, what’s wrong — my TL;DR answer is simple: Find a few healthy meals that support your training and eat them often. Don’t overcomplicate it. Eating like a MONK means discipline, not restriction (you can also add some culture) It means knowing what fuels you and sticking to it for where you want to go. I shared a few things that I like eating, but to cover everyone and the different preferences of the “FOOD WE LOVE,” I’ll split this into three groups: 1 — MAINTAIN 2 — GAIN 3 — LOSE For 1 — MAINTAIN Find meals you enjoy and eat them consistently. Your goal here is balance - enough calories to support your output without drifting up or down. Think solid portions, good protein, carbs to fuel your sessions and fats to keep you functioning. Nothing extreme - just repeatable, sustainable eating. For 2 — GAIN Now we’re building. Same principle - simple meals, but slightly more of them or slightly bigger portions. Add calories without turning it into chaos. Extra rice, oats or an additional meal works better than randomly snacking all day. Train hard, eat with intent, recover properly. For 3 — LOSE This is where discipline really shows. Keep your meals simple, high in protein, and filling (salads are amazing) Reduce calories without stripping your energy completely - especially if you’re training hard. You don’t need to suffer, but you do need consistency. Fewer extras, fewer “just this once” moments. Across all three — the rule stays the same: KEEP IT SIMPLE. Repeat what works. Adjust when needed. Eating like a MONK isn’t about eating less - it’s about eating with purpose. Fuel the work. Train Hard. Look Like Panther.🐆 P.S WILL BE SHARING AN IN-DEPTH GUIDE TO EATING + MEAL PREP SO COMING SOON! 🍠🫚🥬🌽🧄🥦🍅🥑🥭🥔🫜🧀🧇🍳🍜🥟🍣🍙🍨🫘🍯🎂🍦🍫🥩🥚🫒 #blackpanther #monk #Fitness #fitnessfood #healthyfood
