I'm a dog owner, and a dog lover. Unfortunately, if you had your dogs under control this wouldn't have happened. On a different note, my condolences for your loss. Dogs are such special members of a person's family. Very sad.

being chained up ain't a way for dog to live. train them early boundaries or put up fence they won't get out. you have to deal w neighbors. u have to get along w them
