They won’t sue you if you call them and offer a payment plan even as low as $20 a month they will take if you tell them that’s all you can afford if you do it quickly they will never even report it to the credit bureau

Not really, they will do arbitration & then sue you if the arbitration didn’t get the results they wanted. It will initially get thrown out but then you go to arbitration then they will turn around and file suit again.
