Apartments and wooden made condos are the worst. You can hear so much. 😢 we lived across the hall from a woman whose dog had social anxiety every time she would leave and would yowl for the whole length she was gone. Many hours at a time. 😭 there are always two sides to a story too, keep that in mind. People usually don’t get mad for no reason.
