I know it’s extremely hard…if I was wearing a dress and 1,000 people said it was beautiful and one person said I looked fat, I would burn the dress. Misery loves company. The thing people need to realize is that as humans we’re built to see patterns. To see things come up over and over. That person likely has kid. Or was admonished a lot as a kid. And is just exhibiting patterned behavior. Especially when doom scrolling. It’s easy to lose sense and respond as a reflex more than a thoughtful note

I had my skittles moment too. It was a cpl days ago. Watching grown adults telling a person on live to drink water as if theyre going to dehydrate by talking for a few mins or not think to ever drink again theirself. Do ppl think that grown adults need others to tell them how to breathe now?
