The bidet was too high pressure and waayyy too cold for me to use. The peri bottle was the only option for me.

I don’t think you need one if you have a bidet unless you’re out of the house ALOT. I didn’t take my peri bottle if we were just going to get groceries or nothing.

I would say nope! I had a bidet for my second pregnancy and it worked out great! I was so happy that it made the process super easy. Just start super gentle and you ll be just fine! You probs won’t be traveling while you’re bleeding 😆 i barely left the house. And when i did. It could wait.

i used a peri bottle for sanitary reasons. you'll have a massive open wound inside and possible micro tearing to stitches outside. better to be overly safe than risk infection.

No I have a bidet and didn’t end up using my peri bottle. I also didn’t leave my house when I was using my bidet though 😂 I could barely walk for the first couple of weeks.

I liked to put warm water in my peri bottle so maybe. I had a gnarly tear so I probably used the peri bottle longer than average.

If bidets pressure can be controlled & has temperature settings (warm preferably!), then bidet it fine.

I really liked the angle of my mom Frida peri bottle. And I also preferred warmer water in it. I felt it was worth every penny. And I did not go anywhere long enough to need it going out. But it does come in handy for travel if you’ve gotten used to having a bidet at home.

Depends on your bidet. Mine has too much water pressure and a peri bottle was much gentler!
