I also interpret ‘am I making you feel sick’ in a few ways. The first, is the literal meaning. Am I turning in your stomach because you just ate me and I’m making you feel sick? The second is symbolic. I take the ‘turning in your stomach’ as her turning in her grave as she was never lay to rest in the ground and her final resting place being in his stomach so she’s ’turning in your stomach’ like she’s turning in her grave and ‘making him feel sick’ as if she’s asking him if he has finally realised what he has done and if he feels guilty or sorrow at all for the torture he put her through

I like to think of it as a double meaning. Since human flesh is physically sickening to a humans digestive system I think she’s either genuinely curious, or she’s talking about the guilt he might feel. He’s so overwhelmed with guilt that he feels sick.

the way i see it’s like shes mocking him with the first “am i making you feel sick?”, because wdym ur consuming me and im the one whos making you feel disgusted? and then in the second verse to last shes just repeating it out of anger, like she just can’t believe this is really happening.
