I lived this for over 20 years. We are separated now. Yesterday I watched tv and napped all day. And I just found myself ‘justifying’ it because I work 60 +hr weeks. The guilt is not as strong as it used to be but it is there. Praying for healing. God bless.

God I remember those days. I am still with him, but quit playing his games. I did it for 28 years. the last 3 years in therapy, what's the worst he can do leave? complain, he is going.to do.that anyway.

I lived this for 14 years. If he saw me even sit down to watch something on tv , I would be called lazy. After I left him. It took almost a year before I could truly relax instead of always feeling like I was suppose to be doing something. I was so exhausted but my mind and body would not let me relax.
