This is totally me! I keep seeing videos of people saying they undersupply and they get like 5oz+ every time and I’m like I’m barely getting an ounce. I’ve just started breastfeeding her and I’ve stopped pumping because what I was pumping was just having a major effect on my mental health. I’ll breastfeed her and if she still acts hungry I’ll supplement. Everything I pump was going directly to her anyway since I wasn’t pumping more than an ounce at a time.
