🙄 Well if she feel that way she def ain’t working hard enough. She’s mad whyyy because you found a better solution and easier one that’s more effective? I’d take this to the eeoc do NOT go to hr. He is for the company eeoc is for US . The video just started over and I’m mad all over again cus how old are we babe this isn’t high school . If I was a manager I’d say hey I noticed you found a way to do xyz I’m embarrassed because I never thought of that but how did you figure that out because I think it’s amazing! And thank you ! For making things easier for ALL of us. Simple! These jobs don’t realize all the work we do and meetings especially while wfh anything to make the job easier I’m here for. I had a google doc full of note templates for all the calls we get even ones offs and they were prefilled to make note taking easier and faster during calls less typing with shortcuts . and my supervisor was NOT like this she asked if it’s ok if I share with the team and I absolutely did and it’s had my team on the top ever since
