Payed priority last month for a delivery after a nightshift, watches as the tracking showed the driver get my order, suddenly disappeared from tracking then 15min later reloads next to a McDonald 2 suburbs away before they drove to me, I couldn't get a refund because Uber said they had to navigate road work issues... LITERALLY a 8min drive with no major roads to cross & with many routes to my house from the restaurant. The food took almost 50min to reach me from a store 8min away.
