Going to restart GLOW tomorrow after 2 weeks on and 8 weeks on at 3 times a week, waiting for hip replacement and since using it I dont not have to take as many pain killers, hip is more flexible, in less pain and am able to walk further distance and a over a longer period. Have also noticed that wrinkles on face are less noticeable. p.s I am 68 years young
