If I had to start again tomorrow, here’s exactly what I’d do — and you can copy it. 1) Walk daily. Stroller walks, after-meal walks, pacing on calls. Aim for movement, not mileage. Just get outside and go. 2) Simple plate, every meal. Half veggies, a palm of protein, a thumb of healthy fat, carbs that match your day. Repeat the same 2–3 meals so decisions don’t drain you. 3) 10-minute training. Short strength or a basic yoga flow. Push, hinge, squat, carry. Ten minutes done beats an hour skipped. 4) No liquid calories. Water first. Coffee simple. If you need help with protein, add a shake. Save the calories for real food. 5) Protect sleep (as best you can). Pick a sleep window and try to honor it. Phone docks outside the bedroom. If the baby wakes, you try again tomorrow. Progress over perfection. You are not behind. Start where you are. One walk. One plate. One 10-minute session. Do it again tomorrow.
