The person they've stopped is an African American known very well in that Florida area he has a YouTube channel that he filmed himself walking around with his rifle well in the process of fishing and constantly being harassed by police and wildlife management What he is doing is completely lawful not only does he know that he quotes the exact statue that gives him the right to do so ironically it is the same statue with a different clause which allows the law enforcement to openly carry their firearm well working Again his YouTube channel is the armed fisherman
