Katherine :

Yascar is their best campaign

noelle :

Many big companies have laid off entire DEI teams so the fact that NASCAR even has someone, let alone four people, is very interesting.

Melissa :

YASCAR!!💅💅

laurenz91903 :

DEI for NASCAR feels like an SNL punchline 🤣

Nav Therizo🩷💜💙 :

iirc Nascar actually got a lot of backlash but stood by their decision to not allow a driver to have a confederate flag on his car, and then banned it across the league

samantha16141 :

The nascar PR team is dying rn😂

Bad_idea_fairy :

I’m so glad he pointed out the elephant in the room as to who the typical NASCAR audience is. Amazing that NASCAR has a DEI team. I mean, good for them. I hope they don’t cave like target and others

Haley :

Wait no the first free pride flag I got at a pride parade was from NASCAR 😂

Graham :

As a Leftist NASCAR fan (yes we exist) they (as in NASCAR leadership) has actually done a pretty good job at trying to make the sport more inclusive. Also helps there’s more diverse drivers

Squidlicious95 :

It’s actually pretty sick that in a world where even target is rolling back DEI nascar of all organizations said not on our watch brother YASCAR
