@⋆⁺₊❅. أنيكا: Okay so basically, the hair and the plastic brush had transferred electrons which caused a static buildup of charge. And each strand of hair became positive or negative. Each strand of hair will repel each other like North Pole + North Pole with magnets. This is because the hair and the plastic brush are poor conductors. So it doesn’t allow electrons to flow very well so they transfer it via heat from friction. Whereas the metal is a good conductor. So it is able to allow electrons to flow in the metal. Therefore the electrons are not transferred to the hair reducing the static hair effect. 😁
