To be honest, you can show up to the grocery store wearing heavy duty sound protection headphones. If loops aren't enough, get yourself those headphones. Loops weren't helpful for me so I got cheap headphones from Amazon and THEY WORK! No one looks at me weird, and I wish I got over the concern of "looking weird" sooner

Have you found a solution for when your eyes are tired? Sometimes I my eyes get tired after say, a grocery store, because there is too much to look at and focus on. 🤦🏼♀️
