The school didn’t mandate report. So my child left, got suspended and expelled. I was never notified. They said she had horrific grades when she was with me yet she was in the accelerated program and above proficient in state testing. She got expelled in March but yet was able to enroll and continue on to the next grade some how. They literally blamed me for her bad grades in her new school because they enrolled her in his school district in a different county. He was supposed to be on supervised visits but they went against the case plan and gave him unsupervised including overnight. She was ordered to back to staying with my oldest daughter who she was supposed to still be. They said because she had to get up early it was affecting her grades and basically it was my fault because I got their emergency custody hearing thrown out.
