Let’s make oven baked ribs at home 🍖😋 Rib Ingredients: - Mustard (binder) - Green seasoning (optional “binder”) - Montreal Steak Seasoning/All Purpose OR Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika/Chili Powder - Brown Sugar - Maggie cubes (optional) BBQ Sauce Ingredients: - 1 cup Ketchup - 1/4 cup mustard - 1/3 cup ACV - 1/3 cup brown sugar - 2 tbs honey - 2 tbs butter (roughly) - Salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, to taste - Maggie cube (optional) - Chili Flakes (optional) ADJUST TO YOUR LIKING! This is a rough measurement based on what I think I eyeballed. Too sour, add sugar, too sweet, add mustard and vinegar, to ketchupy, cook it down a lil bit more and balance the flavors. This is just what goes in bbq sauce. Cook at 375 for 1 and a 1/2 - 2 hours covered.
