y'all don't understand - if you did it yourself, you'd have to buy all the cleaning tech and soaps. and also have the know how AND the patience and the TIME. so for some people 15k seems a decent price for such a service

People complaining about the 15k live in a studio apartment. Dude said over 60 windows. Not just getting paper and windex, took them apart and literally cleaned everything. The price is steep but that’s a lot of work.
