Candace :
This cop did steal his $ and was fired for it because it was 100% proven that he did. He had just pulled that money out of the bank to give his partner to pay rent and he had stopped at a fast food place to grab a meal otw to drop the $ off when the cops pulled him over and he had a minor warrant for something so they had to detain him until he sorted that out and that is why he wasn’t sure the exact amount at first because he stopped to get the food but he had the receipt for the food and the ATM receipt from the bank and all of this was within 20 minutes, roughly of being pulled over and time stamped on the receipts

They all do it. There is not a single PO that did not take cash from a suspect
