my mom just had her foot amputated. no one saw it coming! this has been the hardest year now adding this on top, only people who have been through it understand! the road feels lonely. when you try to talk to someone they diminish it or brush it off. thank you i needed to see this! prayers for your dads recovery, and strength for all!

I was 35 when my dad had his leg amputated. It was hard to see him like that. Watching my dad learn how to walk with his prosthetic leg was amazing.

My husband is an amputee… being a caregiver is hard but 💯 worth it!!! My suggestion take it day by day and when he get his new leg a&d original ointment is a game changer for sores!!!! Yes the diaper cream we use for our babies helped my husband sores!! Good luck you got this day by day!!!!
