FYI - you can firstly pull the TPR, and if the pressure is good, you can assume the temp valve is the issue. In this vid I’m showing the process of going from spot to spot to locate the specific issue if it’s not the temp valve straight up. (Also only licensed plumbers or apprentices can do plumbing - everyone else just enjoy 🙏)

we had a chromagen 1 panel solar kept breaking every few months ..junk..people who had built house must of got it cheap..replaced with thermann gas no issues nearly 8yrs now

I would have saved myself time and made more money by not checking all 3 components and just going ahead and changing all three valves then charging for it
