I have seen other parts of this, the office tried to handcuff her and she attacked him, while shouting falsehoods. people must learn not to resist arrest. in Nigeria since officers don't have tassers they are taught to inflict a reset SLAP. its sad that the US media encourage people to resist arrest. the fact she is a woman is irrelevant.
