A lie is a lie. Falsifying documents is falsifying documents. Rich or poor, no one should be above the law. IF she lied, IF she filed false document, then she committed a crime. Didn’t she say that Trump falsified records to get loans? I don’t understand the difference.

What many people may not realize is that Sam Antar (a Democrat) is the financial expert who accused New York Attorney General Letitia James of mortgage fraud and released the documents that lead to the DOJ investigation. This matters and is not often part of the dialogue. There are two additional properties as well and there could be additional charges.
