Do not highlight, do not just read. It’s not effective and actually difficult to retain information. The best results are flash cards, creating acronyms, creating study guides, study schedules and most importantly retesting yourself 💯 for example: study Monday, test yourself on Tuesday, study Wednesday, retest yourself Thursday. Friday practice test.

Currently taking anatomy & physiology & what’s helped the MOST - mini quizzes right after each lecture. It is repetition that helps retention! 😆
