The sick children of Ireland deserve this hospital. It’s finally been built after far too many years of talk. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s built, it will be paid for, and it’s worth it. I’ve seen first-hand the children in Crumlin, the fear, the anguish of parents and families. These kids deserve the very best care and facilities, and so do the incredible people who look after them. Can we please stop complaining about the cost and just be grateful that it’s finally here?
