@jujumaoo: 🇫🇮 Lohikeitto | Soups So Good It Can Cure Any Sickness Ep. 17 INGREDIENTS: Salmon Broth: - 2 Salmon heads - 1 medium carrot, choppee - 1 medium red onion, chopped - 1/2 celery chopped - 5-8 garlic cloves - 3-4 Bay leaves - Whole black pepper corns - Salt to taste - Water as needed Lohikeitto Soup: - 1 stalk of onion leeks, sliced - Butter for sautéing - 1-2 potatoes, diced - 1 medium carrot, sliced - 1 tbsp allspice - Fish broth as needed - 500g of salmon fillet, sliced into cubes - 2 cups of cream - Pepper - 1 bunch of dill, chopped finely - salt and pepper to taste INGREDIENTS: - Into a large pot, place all ingredients under salmon broth and bring to a gentle boil, then lower to a simmer. Cook for about 45 minutes and set aside for later. - In a separate pot, saute your vegetables and add allspice and fish broth. Slice your salmon into cubes and add it into the liquid before topping with cream. - Season with pepper and salt and top with lots of finely chopped dill. - Serve hot, and enjoy! #Soups #ASMR #cookingasmr

thats the real "Lohikeitto"! even though I'm from finland I haven't done it this way cause the store sells fishbroth cubes that you can put on a boiling water and it blends in. That was impressing!
