With leverage you only have to be wrong at the wrong time and you are kaput. Didn’t matter if it’s crypto, real estate or whatever, absorbing boundaries are inevitable.

It is the leverage. Stay away from leverage at all costs. Then you have the option to wait it out, rather than sell your collateral at a staggering loss. Sad.
