I had one I bought brand new as an 18 yr old I ordered it from GM. I got it in time to drive to my high school graduation it was Cordova brown which set off the yellow in the chrome molding

my dad ordered his 79 brand new from the factory everything heavy duty, 3/4 ton, 2 tone like the one shown, but his was dark green&white. Deer hunting, back woods, haul wood. It did not have air conditioning, nor was it 4w drive. Loved the truck, but never understood if your ordering it, why not with air and definitely 4w drive.
