mid November i would suggest is late enough to leave it till next year. you might get it to germinatefor it to then be hit by frosts. better success likely for spring sowing. no commision on this advice! https://www.rhs.org.uk/lawns/lawns-from-seed

Careful were you buy your grass seed not dissing this guy but I bought top quality seed off ere 😩😩 got loads of rye cow grass clumps now ruined the lawn massive project next spring now after digging 17 clumps out but worried it's already infected with this coarse grass
