I think the disconnect is the fact that the worker was told by the manager that she wouldn’t exchange the lobster and the worker relayed that message AND offered a “solution” that the manager knew nothing about… somebody cleared their ENTIRE plate so they should’ve paid for it. That’s stealing and two wrongs don’t make a right!
