Now, if another line stops at that subway is also disrupting that so now you just disrupted the whole system for example, let’s say the four and the five train and the two train stops there. You just disrupted three lines with this delay.

The lady looks homeless.I don't know if she is and oftentimes homes.People do have mental disorders that impede them in everyday life.So I do think the lady probably didn't know where she was.And probably needed some help.
